You will partner closely with Procurement COE and Category teams to lead workstreams from analysis through execution and improve procurement performance.\nResponsibilities\nConduct advanced data analysis on spend, savings, cost modeling, and scenario analysis. Use multiple tools like Excel and Power BI to produce insights and recommendations. These results guide sourcing choices and supplier selections.\n\nDevelop a deep level of understanding of the data under analysis, ensuring the right balance of accuracy and completeness withtimelydelivery of required information\n\nServe as a subject matter expert and act as a steward of the Masco Strategic Sourcing Process, ensuring consistent application and process execution\n\nLead cross-functional, complex sourcing projects independently, managing timelines, deliverables, collaborator alignment, and issue resolution from launch through execution\n\nBuild and distribute complex RFx documents to external suppliers\n\nActivelyparticipatein the project ideation process, using data toidentifyperformance improvement opportunities and building the Procurement funnel\n\nNavigate seamlessly throughout the organization during data gathering and analysis activities, encouraging relationships with partners throughout the business\n\nSupport members of the Procurement COE and Category Sourcing teams by providing analytics, insights, and recommendations that align with strategic priorities and sourcing initiatives\n\nContribute to the development and refinement of guidelines, tools, and templates to improve COE efficiency, scalability, and consistency across deliverables\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related technical fieldrequired\n\n4+ years of experience in an analytical role; experience in Procurement, Logistics/Transportation, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related fields preferred\n\nHas strong analytical abilities and showsproficiencyin technical tools (e.g.Excel, Power BI)\n\nComfortable manipulating large, complex data sets and bringing to bear analytical skills to drive and influence business decisions\n\nDemonstrates effective problem-solving and project management skills and strives for continuous improvement\n\nDemonstrates business financial knowledge\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in crafting presentations and other high-quality deliverables\n\nComfortable presenting to executive-level collaborators and other cross-functional leadership\n\nManages constructive and cooperative working relationships, often without introduction, and functions effectively on a team; displays leadership qualities\n\nExhibits assurance and strong moral principles in a tough workplace;operatesas a proactive individual\n\nShows initiative in taking ownership over new responsibilities, pushing boundaries, and challenging the status quo\n\nExperience building and running sourcing events (RFx or equivalent experience)required.\n\nCompany: Masco\nFull timeHiring Range: $65,900.00 - $103,400.00 USDActual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.Masco Corporation (the “Company”) is an equal opportunity employer and we strive to employ the most qualified individuals for every position.
