Success in the role requires balancing enterprise-wide leverage with the flexibility needed to support Masco's portfolio of leading brands and business units.\nThe Senior Director will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, champion operational excellence, deploy emerging technologies including AI-enabled procurement solutions, and build a high-performing procurement organization that delivers measurable business impact.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute enterprise sourcing strategies across all indirect spend categories, including Information Technology, Marketing, Professional Services, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Travel, and other corporate services.\nDrive measurable value creation through cost optimization, productivity improvements, supplier innovation, risk mitigation, and working capital initiatives.\nLead procurement transformation efforts, including operating model evolution, category management maturity, governance, and process standardization across a decentralized enterprise.\nPartner closely with executive stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business priorities while balancing enterprise standards with business unit flexibility.\nBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, negotiating complex, high-value agreements that maximize long-term value.\nAccelerate digital procurement capabilities through implementation and adoption of leading procurement technologies such as SAP Ariba, SAP Catalog Buying, Coupa, and AI-enabled sourcing and analytics tools.\nEstablish data-driven procurement performance metrics and dashboards that improve transparency, accountability, and decision making.\nLead, develop, and inspire a high-performing global procurement organization while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and talent development.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage market intelligence, supplier capabilities, and emerging technologies to enhance competitive advantage and business performance.\nEnsure procurement practices support strong governance, compliance, risk management, and sustainability objectives.\nQualifications\nRequired\n15+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain leadership experience.\nSignificant executive leadership experience at the Senior Director, Vice President, or equivalent level within a Fortune 500 or similarly complex multinational organization.\nDeep expertise leading indirect procurement across categories including:Information Technology (Software, Hardware, Telecom, Cloud, SaaS)\nMarketing and Agency Services\nProfessional Services (Consulting, Legal, HR, Financial Services, Contingent Labor)\n\nDemonstrated success leading enterprise procurement transformation, organizational change, post-merger integration, or large-scale business process redesign.\nProven ability to influence senior executives and lead across highly matrixed organizations without direct authority.\nStrong commercial, financial, and analytical acumen with a track record of translating procurement strategies into measurable business outcomes.\nExperience designing procurement operating models, governance frameworks, and category management capabilities.\nProven success negotiating strategic supplier agreements and managing executive-level supplier relationships.\nExperience implementing and driving adoption of digital procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar enterprise procurement solutions.\nPreferred\nExperience within manufacturing, building products, consumer products, industrial, or related sectors.\nGlobal procurement leadership experience across multiple regions.\nMBA or other advanced business degree.\nExperience leveraging AI, advanced analytics, automation, and digital procurement technologies to improve sourcing effectiveness and organizational productivity.\nLeadership Competencies\nEnterprise Mindset and Strategic Thinking\nTransformational Leadership\nExecutive Influence and Stakeholder Management\nChange Leadership\nBusiness Partnership\nTalent Development and Organizational Capability Building\nSupplier Relationship Management\nFinancial and Commercial Acumen\nData-Driven Decision Making\nContinuous Improvement and Operational Excellence\nCollaboration Across Global Matrix Organizations\nCompany: Masco\nFull timeHiring Range: $166,000.00 - $260,700.00 USDActual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.Masco Corporation (the “Company”) is an equal opportunity employer and we strive to employ the most qualified individuals for every position.
