This is a key leadership role at the intersection of ecommerce, digital marketing, and strategic partnerships, driving growth across online Trade partners, and marketplaces while reinforcing our premium brand position.\nResponsibilities:\nRevenue & Growth\nLead ecommerce performance across key Trade partners\nBuild joint business plans, forecast demand, and unlock new growth opportunities\nExpand assortment, visibility, and premium positioning\nStrategic Partnerships\nOwn senior-level relationships and day-to-day execution\nNegotiate promotions, retail media, and assortment expansion\nAlign on seasonal strategies and key events\nP&L & Performance\nOwn revenue, profitability, and marketing investment\nManage budgets and optimize for ROI, ROAS, and contribution margin\nAnalyze POS data to deliver business reviews and performance insights\nDigital Marketing & Retail Media\nLead full-funnel strategy across paid search, social, email, and online partners\nDrive retail media performance across partner platforms\nSEO & Digital Shelf\nOwn SEO strategy and organic growth\nOptimize product listings, content, and search visibility across partners\nConversion & Experience\nImprove conversion rate (CR) and AOV through testing and UX optimization\nTailor experiences for:\nTrade professionals\nLuxury consumers & designers\nAnalytics & Operations\nTrack KPIs, analyze POS data, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions\nPartner cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, product, and marketing\nQualifications:\n7+ years in ecommerce, digital commerce, or account leadership\nExperience managing key accounts (Ferguson, Perigold, Wayfair, Home Depot, etc.)\nStrong P&L ownership and financial acumen\nExpertise in digital marketing, retail media, and SEO\nProven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders\nTech Stack: Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, NetSuite, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Advanced Excel\nPreferred but not required: MBA; Experience in home improvement, plumbing, or luxury categories; Experience with large, complex ecommerce accounts\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Delta Faucet Company, our people are our greatest assets.
