This role is intended for a manager who can influence across the organization, challenge assumptions constructively, and help move Kraus from reactive forecasting to a more disciplined, scalable planning model.\nKey Responsibilities\nDemand Planning Strategy & Ownership\nCollaborate with Delta and Masco Sister Companies to integrate Best Practices into Kraus processes.\nDevelop the planning calendar, governance routines, forecast assumptions, and decision-making cadence.\nBuild scalable data-driven processes that improve planning discipline and improve Forecast accuracy.\nTranslate commercial strategy, customer trends, product launches, promotions, and market signals into an actionable demand outlook.\nForecasting, Analytics & Performance Management\nCreate and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using historical trends, customer insights, seasonality, promotional activity, and business inputs.\nEstablish and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, forecast bias, forecast value-add, service-level impact, and inventory health.\nIdentify demand risks, upside opportunities, and forecast variances; recommend practical actions to improve outcomes.\nDevelop dashboards, reporting, and executive-ready insights that support data-driven planning decisions.\nS&OP / Consensus Planning Leadership\nLead the monthly demand review and support the broader S&OP process.\nFacilitate consensus planning across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations.\nChallenge and reconcile inputs from multiple functions to create one aligned demand plan.\nPresent demand outlooks, key assumptions, risks, opportunities, and recommended decisions to leadership.\nInventory, Supply & Business Partnership\nPartner with Supply Planning, Procurement, and Operations to balance demand, inventory, service levels, lead times, and working capital goals.\nHelp identify stock-out exposure, excess/obsolete inventory risk, and demand-supply disconnects before they become operational issues.\nSupport scenario planning related to growth initiatives, major customers, product transitions, promotions, and supply constraints.\nDevelop and implement safety stock policies that are scalable and optimize Kraus’s inventory.\nCapability Building & Player-Coach Leadership\nServe as the internal subject matter expert for demand planning best practices.\nBuild tools, templates, routines, and planning discipline that can scale with the business.\nCoach cross-functional partners and any future planning team members on process, metrics, and expectations.\nRemain hands-on in the work while creating the foundation for a more mature planning function over time.\nIdeal Candidate Profile\n8-12+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, forecasting, S&OP, inventory planning, or related disciplines.\nExperience building, improving, or transforming planning processes in a growth-oriented or evolving business environment.\nStrong analytical capability with the ability to turn complex data into clear business insights and practical recommendations.\nComfortable influencing senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, Operations, and Supply Chain.\nAble to operate at both strategic and tactical levels: developing the roadmap while also executing the forecast and planning routines.\nExperience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, IBP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or similar tools preferred.\nExperience in consumer products, durable goods, home improvement, plumbing, hardware, distribution, or manufacturing environments preferred.\nCompany: Delta Faucet Company\nFull timeHiring Range: $106,500.00 - $167,200.00 USDActual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.Delta Faucet Company (the “Company”) is an equal opportunity employer and we strive to employ the most qualified individuals for every position.
