This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with technical execution and team development.\n What You'll Do:\nPartner with Product leadership to define and evolve the Salesforce vision, roadmap, and priorities.\nTranslate business goals, stakeholder needs, and customer experience opportunities into scalable Salesforce solutions.\nLead discovery and solution-design conversations to identify business challenges, define requirements, and measure success.\nContinuously evaluate platform performance, adoption, and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.\nBalance innovation, user experience, support needs, platform sustainability, and technical debt when making recommendations.\nProvide Technical Leadership\nOwn and evolve the architecture of our Salesforce platform, ensuring adherence to best practices and well-architected principles.\nServe as the technical authority across Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated systems.\nContribute directly to complex development efforts, code reviews, and solution design using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Visualforce.\nPartner with Product and Engineering teams to translate roadmap initiatives into executable development plans.\nChampion modern Salesforce DevOps practices, including source-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and release management.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrations and platform capabilities support broader business objectives.\nLead and Develop a High-Performing Team\nMentor, coach, and support the professional development of Salesforce administrators and developers.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.\nSet clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career growth through meaningful coaching and development opportunities.\nDelegate work effectively while helping team members expand their skills and capabilities.\nDeliver Exceptional Results\nPartner with Product Owners, Project Managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.\nHelp prioritize work to ensure the team is focused on delivering the highest-value outcomes.\nResolve complex technical challenges and provide guidance on escalated issues.\nCommunicate progress, risks, and priorities effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.\nEnsure Salesforce capabilities support and accelerate company-wide strategic initiatives.\nWhat You Bring: \n2+ years of experience in a technical lead, senior lead, or people leadership role.\n7+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with: Salesforce Service Cloud\n Apex\n Lightning Web Components (LWC)\n JavaScript\n Visualforce\n\nDeep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, data modeling, governor limits, and platform best practices.\nExperience with modern Salesforce DevOps practices, including Salesforce DX, Git, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.\nProficiency with Salesforce CLI and related developer tools.\nProven experience mentoring and developing technical team members.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.\nStrong commitment to confidentiality, security, and data privacy standards.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Administrator\n Platform Developer I or II\n Application Architect\n System Architect\n\nExperience with Python scripting for data and file transformation activities.\nBackground in financial services, banking, healthcare, or other regulated industries.\nBackground and Credit Check: As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure financial institution, all final candidates will be required to successfully complete background and credit screenings as part of the hiring process.
