day-to-day HR and administrative operations.\n\nManage recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee records.\n\nMonitor staff attendance, leave and working schedules.\n\nSupport employee performance management and disciplinary processes.\n\nCoordinate staff welfare, workplace policies and employee engagement.\n\nEnsure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented.\n\nHandle administrative duties, office resources and company documentation.\n\nSupport management with HR reports, staff planning and workforce decisions.\n\nHelp maintain a professional, productive and positive work environment.\n\nEnsure compliance with relevant employment laws and workplace requirements.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.\n\n4 years of experience in HR and administration.\n\nStrong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and workplace policies.\n\nGood understanding of Ugandan labour laws and employment regulations.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nAbility to handle confidential employee information with discretion.\n\nProficiency in
