We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support the merchandising and supply chain process to ensure production process occurs as per agreed timelines, by negotiating, coordinating with internal / external stakeholders and final buyer to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and garments.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nOversee and ensure timely completion of activities as per customer calendar, collaborating with internal teams to meet delivery dates.\n\nExecute critical path tasks, including booking forms, order updates, and maintaining communication with customers.\n\nManage raw material stock, inventory, procurement, and supplier payments, ensuring timely delivery at competitive prices.\n\nBuild strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate the best terms for raw material procurement.\n\nEnsure timely availability of raw materials, including BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, PO (Purchase Order) management, color approvals, and coordinating with suppliers and production teams.\n\nMonitor production issues, escalating as needed to ensure on-time delivery.\n\nCreate reports, track sales forecasts, and update stakeholders on order statuses.\n\nImplement detailed time-action plans for order management and address production-related issues.\n\nManage raw material stock levels, write-offs, and liabilities to meet factory needs.\n\nOversee shipping arrangements and ensure timely delivery.\n\nCollaborate on projects to drive continuous improvement and excellence.\n\nPerform additional tasks as assigned by management.\n\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\n2nd or 3rd year undergraduate degree in Marketing / Business Management or relevant field\nExcellent customer relationship management skills\nExcellent Group/Team dynamics\nBuild and maintain
