We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assure perfect execution and expected KPIs whilst adhering to set processes in delivering on assigned/relevant human resource workstream responsibilities.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, documentation, and system access.\n\nMaintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation while ensuring data confidentiality and compliance.\n\nCoordinate employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, performance management, payroll administration, and exit processes.\n\nPrepare employee correspondence, job descriptions, and other HR-related documentation.\n\nMonitor and analyze HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and employee movements.\n\nDevelop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.\n\nGenerate regular and ad hoc HR reports, providing insights and recommendations based on data trends.\n\nManage attendance systems, insurance claims, vendor payments, and employee welfare initiatives.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to resolve HR system issues and improve reporting processes.\n\nSupport HR process improvements, automation initiatives, and cross-functional projects.\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and environmental, health, and safety standards.\n\nContribute to audit readiness and maintain high standards of HR governance and process compliance.\n\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS\nDegree in Human Resources/ Business Management ( Degree in Mathematics or statistics is an added advantage)\n\n1-2 years of relevant HR experience (Previous exposure in ER is an added advantage).\n\nFamiliarity with recruitment and onboarding processes\n\nWorking knowledge of HRIS and data management systems\n\nUnderstanding of payroll and compliance standards\n\nStrong coordination skills across teams and vendors\n\nAttention to detail with audit and documentation accuracy\n\nAbility to handle employee lifecycle processes end-to-end\n\nProactive mindset with willingness to support strategic HR
