continuous improvement initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and implementing new technologies, machinery, and engineering solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.\nSupport factory digitization and automation projects to improve manufacturing performance and process effectiveness.\nEnsure optimum utilization, reliability, and performance of sewing and non-sewing machinery to achieve operational targets.\nPlan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to minimize downtime and improve machine availability.\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve machine-related issues through root cause analysis and effective corrective actions.\nMonitor, inspect, calibrate, and maintain machinery to ensure compliance with quality, operational, and safety standards.\nLead and support engineering improvement projects, machine modifications, and productivity enhancement initiatives.\nDevelop and conduct technical training programs to strengthen the competencies of mechanics and machine operators.\nMaintain engineering documentation, maintenance records, spare parts inventory plans, and related reports.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while promoting a safe working culture.\nSupport energy conservation, cost optimization, and sustainability initiatives within the engineering function.\nAssist in forecasting and budgeting for machinery, maintenance activities, spare parts, and capital investments.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.\nStrong knowledge of industrial machinery, maintenance management systems, troubleshooting techniques, and reliability engineering principles.\nSound understanding of preventive maintenance, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and automation technologies.\nKnowledge of factory safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality management systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, machine specifications, and engineering data.\nExcellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.\nAbility to train, coach, and develop technical personnel and machine operators.\nProficiency in engineering documentation, maintenance reporting, and data analysis.\nStrong initiative, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced manufacturing
