opportunities to exploit them for business advantage.\nPrepare feasibility studies, time and cost estimates and implementation plans.\nIdentify right partnerships and do contract negotiations.\nIdentify consultancy needs and facilitate knowledge transfer consultants to technology staff.\nDevelop, administer and control annual budgets and resource plans.\nMonitor projects to design, test and implement systems / applications.\nAssign, direct and check the work of systems engineers and system support staff to ensure that business solutions are achieved.\nProvide technical direction to the staff to ensure that standards and procedures are followed.\nEvaluate performance of subordinates' team members, make compensation and bonus decisions, hire and fire
