propose suitable FX ideas and help drive transaction conversion.\n\nCoach and mentor Relationship Managers on FX opportunities, client conversations, product positioning and sales momentum.\n\nPromote relevant FX products including cash FX, FX forwards, margin FX, margin options, dual currency investments and other structured treasury solutions in line with suitability and governance standards.\n\nDrive new-to-bank business and increase penetration in identified target segments through proactive client engagement and cross-referrals.\n\nCustomer Engagement\nProvide active trade ideas and market-driven FX suggestions to clients, where suitable and in line with advisory standards.\n\nSupport Dual Currency Investment opportunities as enhanced-yield solutions for short-term surplus cash, helping retain client funds within the bank.\n\nSupport margin FX trading, margin options and FX forwards for clients with appropriate risk appetite and eligible requirements.\n\nConduct regular client meetings and structured follow-ups to maximize transaction activity and improve client engagement.\n\nMaintain strong working relationships with Relationship Managers, Client Service Managers, Investment Advisors, Unit Heads, Proposition teams, Treasury, Operations, Product, Technology and support functions.\n\nOperate within approved policies, product governance, client suitability requirements, operational controls, and relevant internal procedures.\n\nProvide structured feedback to business and product teams on client needs, process improvements, and market opportunities.\n\nSupport achievement of annual FX revenue targets through disciplined sales planning, client prioritization, and proactive opportunity management.\n\nProvide day-to-day training, mentoring and guidance to Relationship Managers to strengthen FX sales capability.\n\nAnalyze client behavior, market data, competition, and transaction patterns to identify business opportunities and portfolio gaps.\n\nGuide Relationship Managers on client outreach, target-segment activation and follow-up actions to improve FX penetration.\n\nSkills & Experience\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in a client-facing FX or treasury sales role, preferably covering Private Banking, affluent or high-net-worth client segments.\n\nMBA in Finance from a reputed university or equivalent professional qualification, where applicable.\n\nSCA level 3 certification\n\nStrong analytical capability, attention to detail and ability to translate market themes and client data into practical trade ideas and business actions.\n\nPrior sales experience in institutions with a primary or significant FX and treasury business will be an added advantage..\n\n Be the coordinator for all Advised FX related sales activities To maintain close contact and relationship with respective portfolio of customers such that we remain one of their main banks getting a major share of their wallet.To support branch IA / IS / SSO / BDM and develop active sales momentum for personal banking customers with FX needs To focus on retail product propositions across all advised FX related products To coach IA / IS / SSO / BDM on enhancing FX business generation opportunities to do joint customer calling / meeting with IA / IS / SSO / BDM and understand the client need and advise them accordingly To ensure optimum client calls are conducted on a weekly basis to maximize transactionsIntra organization liaison ensuring service delivery to clients To work closely with all product and channel partners from RBG so as to maximize opportunities provided through regular contacts, feedback, coordination and cross referrals\nCustomer Facing Activities:\nSelling cash FX trading: giving clients active trade suggestions using own funds Dual Currency Product: Enhanced yield product that provides short term enhanced yield on free cash lying with client and ensures funds remain within the bank.\nMargin FX trading: Provides those clients with higher risk appetite trading opportunities on any G7 pairs.\nSale of Margin Options\nTo support specialists & Branch SSOs to enhance FX business
