This role contributes to the execution of initiatives such as process optimization, system enhancement, and policy reviews across Treasury & Global Markets, while also supporting governance and project coordination across Treasury international locations within the Group.\nKey Result Areas\nSupport the development, implementation, and periodic review of Treasury governance frameworks, policies, and procedures across the Group’s Treasury group head office and international locations.\nAssist in coordinating strategic projects such as new product approvals, regulatory change implementation, and system upgrades.\nFacilitate alignment and governance consistency across Treasury internal units, ensuring adherence to Group standards and operating frameworks.\nLiaise with all Treasury stakeholders such as Sales, Trading, Structuring, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to ensure cross-functional collaboration and consistent project execution.\nPrepare management reports and performance dashboards highlighting KPIs, risk metrics, and initiative progress.\nCoordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely closure of findings and enhancement of control processes.\nSupport documentation and approval processes for key Treasury committees such as ALCO, Market Risk, and Product Governance.\nAssist in conducting benchmarking and best-practice assessments across Treasury processes.\nContribute to business continuity planning, risk assessments, and readiness testing for Treasury systems.\nKnowledge, Skills & Experience:\n6-9 years’ experience in Treasury governance, risk management, or project-management functions within banking or financial markets.\nStrong understanding of Treasury products, systems, and control frameworks.\nExperience supporting projects such as system implementations, new-product rollouts, or policy redesign across multiple Treasury entities.\nExcellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional and cross-location deliverables.\nProficiency in MS Office and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field;
