Developing and driving Account Services’ roadmap within GTB portfolio of products.\nDefining gaps within operational processes and correcting those for optimal end to end performance of Corporate Account Services of the bank.\nOwning the end-to-end corporate account opening journey, including onboarding, documentation, and digital enablement across markets. \nManaging a diverse portfolio of account types, including: Corporate Current and Call Accounts\nEscrow Accounts for Real Estate Transactions\nClient Money Accounts\nVostro (Inward) FI Accounts\nIslamic Accounts (e.g., Wakalah structures)\nStablecoin and Digital Asset Accounts\nNew account types per business demand offered to Corporate Clients\n\nDefining and tracking Account Services portfolio KPIs, SLAs, and success metrics. End to End PnL ownership of Account Services portfolio of products. Redefining criteria for Accounts’ monitoring on their performance and KPIs\nDriving billing and pricing frameworks for account services to ensure transparency and revenue optimization. \nEnhancing Islamic banking proposition, ensuring Sharia-compliant offerings are competitive and well-integrated. \nCoordinating international coverage, aligning account services across jurisdictions and supporting cross-border client needs. \nEnsuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency through close collaboration with internal stakeholders.\nGovernance of Account Services, Re-design of existing processes as required - creation of PPG for the Corporate Banking Group to govern Corporate Accounts\nRunning marketing campaigns to scale up number of Corporate Accounts in key markets\nEnd to End oversight of Account Services offering and market alignment\nOngoing monitoring of pricing processes and strategies, improvement of technologies related to accounts’ operations\nDevelopment of new account products and types of accounts to align with the market to commercialize GTB Cash related solutions.
