product / process betterment.\nException Identification\nException identification for eligibility, pricing, CPV, information capture on the system and collateral compliance.\nCommunicating major deficiencies and policy violations to Team Leader/Asst Manager for follow-up.\nCategorizing cases as ‘Declined’, ‘Rejected’, or ‘for Deviation Approval’ if above checks fail.\nTo ensure daily productivity targets are met.\nTo ensure quality service to internal / external customers by adhering to the committed turnaround time.\nTo be first line of defense by exercising controls to book quality applications and to highlight any document anomalies sighted with the Fraud prevention unit\nTraining & Testing\nTo be actively involved in the process of training and testing implemented by the quality unit.\nTo help in the on job training of the new staff in the team\nTo be a key team player and should at all times keep the motivation levels up within the team\nCredit Policy / Product Manual & Operational Issues\nIdentifying anomalies in Credit Policy and Product Manual.\nRecommending additions and modifications to Credit Policy and Product Manual.\nRecommending improvements in operational procedures and risk areas from time to time.\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience\nGraduate with > 3 years work experience in Credit Management environment.\nExcellent analytical skills.\nSound interpersonal skills\nSound knowledge in MS office tools for report purposes\nGood PC skills.\nAbility to problem solving and work independently.\nShould be customer focused and achievement
