knowledge.\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience\nCross-border team management experience.\n\nStrong business orientation, domain knowledge to comprehend user requirements.\n\nStrong organizational, team building and leadership qualities.\n\nEngineer / Postgraduate with 15+ years of experience in FLEXCUBE 14.x hands on experience with product designing and implementation.\n\nMinimum 10 years in team management, project management, managing core implementation and support\n\nKnowledge of Banking domain is a must\n\nHaving Extensive hands-on experience in core banking systems (Flexcube or other core banking solutions)\n\nShould have worked on Product Designing and implementation with respect to Business requirements\n\nStrong understanding of SDLC process\n\nStrong interpersonal communication skills\n\nExperience of Banking Operations in particular Core Banking, General Ledger, Loans,\n\nPayments, Trade Finance and other related Banking channels\n\nExcellent Project Management
