Responsible for managing the SDLC of Change management in Core banking from business requirements to technical specifications, delivery and post implementation maintenance activities. Accountable for support and manage Core Banking system that can impact the bank with huge financial losses, reputational issues, regulator warnings/penalties and also can incur huge operational losses. Responsible to lead the Core Production Support function at Technology within the SLA, schedule, budget and scope parameters, including testing & overseeing the quality and compliance controls throughout the project life-cycle.
