Office IT Support & Hardware\nTroubleshoot employee IT issues including system slowness, keyboard/mouse, monitor, audio, and peripheral issues.\n\nInstall and configure operating systems, office applications, security tools, and required software.\n\nMaintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.\n\nEnsure all office IT systems are operational, secure, and properly maintained.\n\nMaintain inventory and stock of IT accessories, spare hardware, and components.\n\n2. System & Network Administration\nInstall, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.\n\nManage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user accounts.\n\nConfigure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points, and NAS devices.\n\nTroubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, and connectivity-related issues.\n\nPerform OS updates, security patches, driver installations, and firmware upgrades.\n\nManage basic firewall and VPN configurations.\n\n3. Website Hosting, Deployment & Server Management\nDeploy websites on cPanel, Plesk, VPS, and cloud hosting environments.\n\nManage DNS records including A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM, and SRV.\n\nPerform website and server migrations.\n\nInstall, renew, and troubleshoot SSL certificates.\n\nTroubleshoot server and hosting issues such as:\nHigh CPU/RAM usage\n\nHTTP 500/503 errors\n\nDatabase errors\n\nEmail delivery issues\n\nMaintain backups of hosting accounts, databases, and website files.\n\nMonitor website uptime and server performance.\n\n4. WordPress Website Management\nInstall and configure WordPress on hosting environments.\n\nManage WordPress themes, plugins, and updates.\n\nTroubleshoot basic WordPress issues including plugin conflicts, theme issues, and database connection errors.\n\nPerform WordPress website backup and restoration.\n\nPerform basic performance optimization including caching, image optimization, and plugin cleanup.\n\nHandle basic page edits, content updates, and layout changes when required.\n\n5. System Monitoring & Performance\nPerform daily server and system health checks.\n\nMonitor server load, storage, memory, and network performance.\n\nEnsure high uptime and reliability of internal systems and services.\n\nIdentify performance bottlenecks and take corrective action.\n\nImplement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems.\n\n6. Backup, Security & Compliance\nManage daily and weekly backups of systems, servers, databases, and critical data.\n\nPerform periodic restoration tests to verify backup integrity.\n\nManage endpoint protection, antivirus, and IT security controls.\n\nManage access controls and password management systems.\n\nFollow and maintain IT security and operational standards.\n\n7. Domain, SSL & IT Documentation\nManage domain purchases, renewals, transfers, and DNS updates.\n\nManage SSL installation, renewal, and troubleshooting.\n\nMaintain IT documentation, including:\nSOPs\n\nNetwork diagrams\n\nDNS documentation\n\nServer and hosting documentation\n\nIT asset information\n\nAccess and configuration records\n\n8. Vendor & Service Provider Coordination\nCoordinate with hosting providers, cloud vendors, IT suppliers, and service providers.\n\nManage AMC agreements, warranty claims, and technical support escalations.\n\nCoordinate software and service renewals.\n\nTrack licenses, subscriptions, and related IT services.\n\n9. Automation & Python Scripting\nDevelop basic Python scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks.\n\nAutomate tasks such as system checks, log monitoring, and backup validation.\n\nCreate simple automation tools for deployment, reporting, and monitoring.\n\nMaintain and improve existing IT automation scripts.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nCandidates should have practical knowledge of:\nDesktop and laptop troubleshooting\n\nWindows and Linux server administration\n\nNetwork configuration and troubleshooting\n\nRouting and subnetting fundamentals\n\nFirewall and VPN configuration\n\nActive Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy\n\nRouters, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and NAS\n\ncPanel, Plesk, VPS, and cloud hosting\n\nWebsite deployment and server/website migration\n\nDNS records: A,
