You will be the main contact for all technical matters with the Site Facility Manager.\nYou’ll support us by\nThe invaluable experience you’ll bring, to help us achieve more.\nWork with the MASS FM Contracts Manager and Authority Site Manager with respect to all planned and preventative Mechanical, Electrical, Grounds and Civil Engineering Maintenance.\nProvide technical advice to the MASS FM Contracts manager & Authority Site Manager to support the definition of additional contract work.\nEnsure that planned and reactive maintenance work is completed to the contractual standard as per schedule 9.\nManage and oversee the technical work of the FM team.\nLine Management of the Principle Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance engineers\nEnsure the professional standards of the FM team are upheld, including setting training plans and periodic review with the Authorising Engineer to maintain skills needed to perform Authorised Person (AP) duties.\nReview the Configured Programme of Planned Maintenance and the Configured Major/Minor Equipment Register with the Authority Site Manager annually. Including support works system.\nVerify and certify contractual performance metrics and service Level Agreements have been achieved.\nWork with the FM contract manager to organise specialist sub-contractor contracts on an annual basis.\nAttend the Monthly FM Audit Meeting with the Authority.\nAttend monthly plant room and facility rounds and arranging for rectification of any faults found.\nDistribute low value work orders to site team for rectification (CCC 11s)\nProvide continuous review of all management processes to ensure they remain efficient, effective and continue to reflect best practice.\nCreate/ review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for planned maintenance and reactive works.\nCo-ordinate all site project works including life cycle replacement.\nOversee all site H&S activities reference FM team works.\nAct as the NEBOSH Subject Matter Expert\nResponsible person Legionella\nBe part of FM on call rota\nBe available to work minimum of 12 weekend for maintenance shuts downs.\nAny other tasking as required by the FM contracts manager.\nEssential:\nCity & Guilds 2365 parts 2 and 3 or equivalent\nAuthorised Person for High Voltage / Low Voltage systems.\nLegionella responsible person\nCity and Guilds Pat testing 2377\nBe proficient in office administration skills with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint Microsoft Word/Excel.\nUK Driving Licence.\nAt least 5 years FM maintenance experience with supervisory and line management experience being an essential requirement for this role.\nDesirable:\nConfident Mechanical Disciplines.\nNEBOSH, General Certificate\nKnowledge HVAC systems\nKnowledge of F-Gas Regulations & responsibilities\nOur non-negotiable:\nDue to the highly secure nature of the projects, you will be involved with, you must be eligible to work in the UK and be eligible to undergo and maintain UK government SC Security Clearance.\nWho is MASS?\nMASS is an independent, global technology company, trusted by highly secure organisations to provide advanced, digital services that manage data and keep information safe.
