facilitate decision-making and consensus-building.\n\nMonitor project progress and proactively resolve issues, escalating to leadership as needed.\n\nPrepare and deliver project updates, documentation and status reports to stakeholders.\n\nRepresent Digital Communications in workgroups and meetings, demonstrating diplomacy and collaboration.\n\nManage vendor relationships to ensure delivery meets project scope, budget and quality expectations.\n\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery.\n\nCoordinate testing, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support activities as applicable.\n\nProject Execution & Asset Development (35%)\nLead planning, execution, and delivery of Digital projects, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and in scope.\n\nDevelop, write, edit and proofread project communications and assets along with clinical and technical documentation (e.g. technical FAQs, talking points, emails, articles, presentations, videos etc.) in collaboration with clinical and technical subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with enterprise standards.\n\nDevelop content across multiple mediums, including video production (script writing, storyboarding, video creation).\n\nMaintain Digital Vitals pages (SharePoint), ensuring content is accurate, accessible, up to date, and aligned with enterprise standards.\n\nManage ad hoc requests, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project priorities.\n\nMetrics & Reporting (10%)\nResearch, collect, and evaluate project and campaign data to meet reporting and evaluation requirements.\n\nTrack and analyze project and campaign performance - including engagement metrics across multiple platforms - and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.\n\nCollaborate with IT and data management teams as needed to ensure reporting methods align with enterprise data architecture, governance, and analytics practices.\n\nDevelop reporting templates, dashboards, and trackers to support portfolio reviews and decision-making.\n\nLeverage metrics and lessons learned to recommend enhancements to processes, tools, and offerings.\n\nUse the Mass General Brigham values to govern decisions, actions, and behaviors.
