This position will lead the strategic insights pillar of People Analytics, owning the roadmap for translating workforce data into actionable business recommendations. The Manager will focus on strategic insights, prioritization, and business impact. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring the team delivers insights that matter.\nKey responsibilities include:\n- Owning the People Analytics roadmap aligned to HR and business priorities\n- Triaging and prioritizing analytical intake to focus on high-impact work\n- Translating business problems into analytical approaches\n- Leading high-impact analyses on attrition, workforce planning, DEI, engagement, and other critical workforce topics; mentoring HR Business Analysts on analytics thinking and methodology\n- Developing insight narratives and recommendations for senior leadership; and partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure analytics drives measurable business outcomes.\nOther Essential Functions\n-Partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and with internal and/or external resources to develop tools and services.\n-Ensure data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices.\n-Lead meetings to present analysis, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.\n-Help implement data strategies and manage projects and resources.\n-Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis.\n-Manage a team of data analysts.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree Analytics required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required\nExperience can be accepted in lieu of a degree\nExperience\nExperience in data and analytics 5-7 years required\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\nSolid analytical and organizational skills.\nKnowledge of statistics.\nProject management skills and/or experience a plus.\nAbility to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.\nAbility to lead teams.\n Additional Job Details (if applicable)\nRemote Type\nHybridWork Location\n399 Revolution DriveScheduled Weekly Hours\n40Employee Type\nRegular Work Shift\nDay (United States of America)Pay Range\n$99,465.60 - $144,643.20/AnnualGrade\n8At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
