Work closely with the department to identify training needs, develop training materials, and deliver training to healthcare employees at all levels.Essential Functions\n-Delivers instruction in the use of software and other technologies.\n-Prepares lesson plans, including methods, materials, and documentation to be presented in class.\n-Assesses the users’ training needs and proposes solutions for a diverse training population.\n-Design and administer user proficiency assessments.\n-Provide coaching to individual users as assigned.\n-Maintain knowledge and proficiency through relevant educational forums.\n-Participate in the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs.\n-Provide input into the development of training curriculum.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree in Adult & Continuing Education or Computer Science preferred.
