The ideal candidate will be a mid-to-senior level professional with previous experience in quantitative modeling. Experience working with commodity markets is required. Prior experience leading a team of researchers is a plus.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nResearch and analyze market data to identify patterns and opportunities.\nDevelop, evaluate, and enhance existing quantitative models.\nCollaborate with traders and other researchers to refine the models.\nREQUIREMENTS\nGraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or a related quantitative field from a top university.\nProficiency in Python, MATLAB, or R.\nStrong understanding of commodity markets.\nExcellent communication skills, a self-starter mentality, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt.\nStrong analytical skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a positive attitude.\nManagement experience is a plus.\nCOMPENSATION\nThe all-inclusive salary for this position STARTS at EUR 95.000,00.
