commuting to the Baabda office and Faqra once according to needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor the regular implementation of HR protocols and procedures set by management across the organization\n\nOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance\n\nNurture a positive, structured, and professional working environment\n\nAssess training needs and implement training programs accordingly, while monitoring effectiveness\n\nCoordinate pay plans and benefits programs with management and finance\n\nMonitor motivational strategies and engagement practices across the organization\n\nSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital\n\nBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and workplace issues\n\nManage the full recruitment and selection process\n\nReport to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics\n\nEnsure proper HR data tracking and reporting using advanced tools such as AI.\n\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and HR reporting dashboards\n\n Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management\n\n2 to 5 years of professional HR experience (administrative or HR-related positions acceptable)\n\nDemonstrable experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision making\n\nStrong understanding of HR processes and organizational structure\n\nPeople-oriented and results-driven personality\n\n Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\n\nAbility to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts\n\nOrganizational and problem-solving skills\n\nTime management and multitasking
