We are considering candidates at both the mid-level (2+ years) and senior-level (7+ years) handling transactional matters.\nMG+M is a nationally renowned litigation law firm concentrating on complex civil matters with an emerging focus on transactional matters. We approach client service as a unified team, integrating our efforts with those of our clients to advance their interests wherever they do business. Our goal is always to deliver optimal results at the best possible value.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: \nFor Attorneys with 2+ Years of Experience:\nDraft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts.\nAssist with corporate transactions such as entity formation, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.\nConduct legal research and provide strategic advice on transactional matters and regulatory issues.\nSupport due diligence efforts and prepare related documentation.\nCollaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.\nMaintain organized records and manage timelines for multiple ongoing transactions.\nStay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.\nFor Attorneys with 7+ Years of Experience:\nLead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements.\nManage and oversee corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, and restructurings.\nAdvise clients on transactional structures, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.\nOversee due diligence processes and supervise junior attorneys.\nManage multiple high-level transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.\nStay informed on evolving legal and regulatory developments and apply insights to client matters\nCandidate Requirements: \nA minimum of two (2) years of experience in transactional law, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.\nJuris Doctor from an accredited law school.\nMust be admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts.\nStrong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively.\nHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nExperience with M&A transactions and corporate governance, preferred.\nProficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.\nWhy Should You Apply?\nOur associates work closely with our senior lawyers and clients on challenging work in an entrepreneurial and collegial environment.
