Through our proprietary AI platform, we connect individuals to clinical trials worldwide and partner with leading pharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), and healthcare systems to accelerate drug development and expand equitable access to cutting-edge therapies.\nAbout the Role\nWe are hiring a Senior Project Manager - Engineering to bring structure, consistency, and visibility to how Massive Bio’s growing engineering organization plans, tracks, and delivers work.\nReporting to the VP of Engineering, you will own day-to-day delivery coordination across multiple engineering tracks, ensuring priorities, progress, dependencies, blockers, and risks remain visible and actionable. You will work closely with engineers and technical leads to maintain consistent delivery practices and provide engineering leadership with a clear, up-to-date view of execution across teams.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on bringing order to complex, fast-moving environments and enjoys working closely with technical teams-not simply managing project boards from a distance.\nAs part of a global organization, you will collaborate regularly with international teams, leadership, and stakeholders. English is actively used in day-to-day communication, meetings, reporting, and presentations.\nThe role will also support client-facing product and platform demonstrations when needed, requiring the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently to external stakeholders.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn engineering delivery: Coordinate day-to-day execution across multiple engineering workstreams, maintaining clear visibility into priorities, progress, blockers, dependencies, and delivery timelines.\n\nOwn Jira processes: Manage and continuously improve Jira workflows, ticket structures, sprint boards, backlog organization, dashboards, reporting, and automation across engineering teams.\n\nRun delivery ceremonies: Facilitate daily standups and support sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies, ensuring actions and blockers are followed through to resolution.\n\nTrack progress and risk: Monitor sprint, project, and task progress; identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays early; and proactively escalate issues to relevant engineering leads.\n\nCoordinate across technical teams: Partner with engineering leads to maintain consistent planning, estimation, prioritization, and delivery practices across Software Development, Infrastructure & Integration, AI/ML, Data, QA, DevOps, and Security initiatives.\n\nMeasure and report: Build and maintain delivery dashboards, metrics, and regular performance and status reporting, providing engineering leadership with an accurate view of execution and delivery health.\n\nManage cross-team dependencies: Coordinate handoffs, timelines, and dependencies across engineering tracks and external development partners where applicable.\n\nCommunicate up and across: Translate technical progress, risks, blockers, and trade-offs into clear, business-relevant updates for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across our global organization.\n\nSupport client demonstrations: Participate in product and platform demonstrations when needed, communicating technical capabilities clearly and professionally to clients and external stakeholders.\n\nSupport team onboarding: Help onboard new engineers into team processes, workflows, delivery practices, and project management tools.\n\nWho You Are\nRequired\n6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar role, ideally within a software engineering or technology organization.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Jira, including workflows, boards, dashboards, reporting, and automation. This is a must-have requirement.\n\nStrong command of Agile/Scrum practices, with hands-on experience facilitating standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and delivery cadences.\n\nDemonstrated experience coordinating multiple software engineering teams or technical workstreams simultaneously, with the ability to manage competing priorities and dependencies.\n\nExperience working directly with engineers and technical leads, with enough technical understanding to follow engineering discussions and translate them into clear delivery, status, and risk reporting.\n\nStrong ability to identify dependencies, surface risks and blockers early, drive follow-up, and maintain delivery momentum in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent organizational, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence working with senior leadership and external stakeholders.\n\nProfessional proficiency in both English and Turkish is required.
