You’ll sit at the intersection of CRM, loyalty, data, and restaurant operations, helping teams understand what is driving customer engagement, retention, and value.\nYou’ll be comfortable working independently with large datasets, asking the right questions of the data, and turning open-ended analytical briefs into practical recommendations that influence business decisions.\nWhat Will You Do?\nAnalyse CRM and campaign data across Braze to measure acquisition, engagement, retention, LTV, and campaign effectiveness.\nInterrogate customer and transactional data to identify behavioural trends, purchase patterns, and opportunities.\nConduct restaurant-level analysis across order frequency, average basket value, transactions, and different store formats.\nCompare performance across Equity vs. Franchise and Drive-Thru vs. Non-Drive-Thru locations.\nBuild benchmarks and identify underperforming restaurants, customer segments, campaigns, and operational areas.\nTranslate complex data into clear, actionable commercial recommendations for CRM, Loyalty, and Restaurant Operations teams.\nBuild intuitive Power BI dashboards and reporting that make insights easy for stakeholders to understand and act on.\nPartner with Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, CRM, Loyalty, and Operations teams to access and validate relevant datasets.\nInvestigate open-ended business questions, structure the analysis, and take findings from brief to action.\nContribute to a broader data-driven approach to customer engagement, loyalty, and restaurant performance.\nWhat Makes You a Great Fit\nStrong experience as a Data Analyst, CRM Analyst, Customer Analyst, or similar analytical role, ideally within CRM, loyalty, retail, QSR, or consumer businesses.\nAdvanced SQL skills, with the ability to independently query, join, clean, and analyse large datasets.\nHands-on experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.\nStrong Power BI or BI tooling experience, with the ability to build clear dashboards and reporting.\nSolid understanding of CRM and loyalty analytics, including customer lifecycle, segmentation, retention, LTV, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.\nExperience working with CRM platforms such as Braze and analysing campaign/customer data.\nStrong commercial mindset, with the ability to turn analytical findings into practical recommendations and business actions.\nComfortable working with transactional, customer, app, and behavioural datasets and analysing performance at a granular level.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nComfortable taking ambiguous or open-ended briefs and independently defining the analytical approach.\nExperience working collaboratively with Data Engineering, Data & Analytics, CRM, Loyalty, and Operations teams.\nStrong attention to data quality, accuracy, and analytical rigour.\nDesirable\nExperience within QSR, restaurants, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume consumer environments.\nExperience analysing loyalty programmes and customer economics.\nFamiliarity with customer data platforms, digital analytics, or modern data stacks.\nExperience working with restaurant/store-level performance data.\nKnowledge of experimentation, incrementality, or campaign measurement methodologies.\nWhy You’ll Love Working Here\nRocket-Fuelled Growth - Big challenges, fast learning, and the chance to level up quicker than anywhere else\nA Culture That Actually Gives a Damn - Supportive, positive, and built around people who want to see you win\nA Global Crew - Collaborate with brilliant teammates across Europe, the US, and beyond\nRemote-First for Life - Work from wherever you feel your best\nReal Career Momentum - Clear progression, real ownership, and space to grow into your next chapter\nMoments That Matter - Meetups, events, and team experiences that make the journey unforgettable\nA Few Things to Know Before We Get Started\nBring Your Own Device - We operate a BYOD policy, so you’ll use your own kit for work\nRight to Work - You’ll need a valid work visa; we’re not able to offer sponsorship at the moment\nID Checks - We may ask for proof of identity (passport, ID card, or a recent utility bill)\nReferences - We may request two references, so have names, relationships, and contact details ready\nFor Contractors - Proof of incorporation and up-to-date insurance is required\nA Quick Note on Applications\nWe receive a high volume of applications, and while we’d love to reply to everyone personally, it’s not always possible.
