Must have extensive hands-on experience managing the end-to-end project lifecycle using Predictive life cycle and Agile methodologies, including Scrum/SAFe frameworks. This is a unique opportunity to work on Agentic AI and AI Platform projects and delivering them using cutting edge technologies.\n\nJob Description:\n\nProject Delivery & Execution\n\n- Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects or workstreams, from initiation through completion.\n\n- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking.\n\n- Ensure delivery against defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.\n\nStakeholder & Team Collaboration\n\n- Partner with platform owners, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and execution expectations.\n\n- Facilitate project- level forums including stand- ups, status reviews, and retrospectives.\n\n- Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects.\n\nRisk, Issue & Dependency Management\n\n- Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.\n\n- Proactively escalate concerns and recommend mitigation strategies.\n\nAgile Delivery & Metrics\n\n- Facilitate Daily Agile ceremonies to enhance team engagement and alignment; Optimize the Product Backlog and Improve the team velocity, cycle time, organize and prioritize the Product backlog and implement team building activities.\n\n- Enhance the Team productivity by measuring the Sprint scope changes, defect resolution, throughput and Say to Do ratio for the Team.\n\n- Support program- level and portfolio- level reporting as required.\n\nChange & Adoption Support\n\n- Partner with enablement and communications leads to support adoption activities tied to project delivery.\n\n- Coordinate readiness activities, training inputs, and deployment milestones.\n\nContinuous Improvement\n\n- Contribute to improvements in project delivery practices, tooling, and templates.\n\n- Apply lessons learned to improve execution efficiency and predictability.\n\nCertifications:\n\nCSM (Certified Scrum Master, PSM (Professional Scrum Master) is a MUST.
