Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong Python and modern frontend expertise who can rapidly build AI-powered interfaces. This role focuses on building intuitive, AI-driven user experiences, including conversational UIs, adaptive dashboards, and dynamic workflows, while integrating deeply with LLM-based backends and agentic systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast prototyping environment, translating ideas into working UI experiences quickly, and refining them into production-grade, scalable applications.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Python backend services (FastAPI / Flask) integrated with AI/LLM systems.
• Develop AI-powered frontends: generative dashboards, dynamic workflow UIs.
• Implement generative UI patterns where layouts, components, or flows adapt dynamically based on AI outputs.
• Apply vibe coding approaches to rapidly prototype and iterate UI/UX experiences (prompt-driven coding, AI-assisted development tools, and design-to-code flows).
• Design and expose REST APIs to connect frontend, AI backend, and enterprise systems.
• Integrate agentic systems outputs (multi-agent flows, decisions, and confidence scores) into UI views.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to surface model outputs, traceability, and explanations in UI.
• Deploy applications on AWS cloud environments using container-based architecture.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing, and production readiness.
• Ensure UX consistency, responsiveness, and performance across devices.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in full-stack development (Python + modern frontend frameworks).
• Hands-on experience integrating with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs.
• Strong backend expertise using FastAPI / Flask (async patterns preferred).
• Experience building interactive and data-heavy frontend applications.
• Experience with real-time UI updates (WebSockets / SSE streaming).
• Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows or rapid prototyping approaches.
• Familiarity with design systems, UI/UX thinking, and component-driven architecture.
• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS).

Desired Technical Skills:

• Backend: Python, FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs, async/await, Pydantic.
• Frontend: React / Next.js / Vue.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS / Material UI, dynamic UI rendering, component composition, and state management.
• AI Integration: OpenAI / Azure OpenAI APIs, LLM integration, LangChain (basics), function calling, prompt-based workflows, streaming outputs, and response token handling.
• Generative UI and Vibe Coding: AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, prompt-driven code generation); dynamic UI generation based on AI responses; rapid prototyping frameworks and low-code/accelerator usage; and design-to-code and component auto-generation patterns.
• APIs and Data: REST API consumption, JSON, event-driven data handling. Basic integration with SQL / NoSQL / vector APIs.
• Testing: Unit testing (pytest), frontend testing (Jest / Cypress). Basic validation frameworks for AI outputs.
