Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 9 Years.\nKey Responsibilities\nHCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - US Payroll/Global payroll/UK payroll/ME payroll.\nConfigure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM US Payroll/Global payroll/UK payroll/ME payroll\nLead requirement gathering, solution design, and functional documentation for Payroll, Absence Management, and Fast Formula components.\nDesign, build, and optimize Fast Formulas to support complex payroll calculations, eligibility rules, and absence accruals.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.\nPerform system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for payroll and absence processes.\nTroubleshoot payroll and absence-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.\nSupport payroll parallel runs, year-end activities, and cutover for new implementations or enhancements.\nWork closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migration related to Payroll and Absence Management.\nProvide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.\nContribute to best practices, reusable assets, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Oracle Fusion HCM practice.\nOther Capabilities\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in payroll and absence configurations.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team.\nEffective communication skills to engage with business users, HR, and payroll stakeholders.\nCapability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience working in onsite-offshore delivery models is preferred.\nQualifications and Skills\nHands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM -
