Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, technology teams, and delivery partners, you will help improve services, processes, and customer outcomes while supporting wider organisational objectives.\nAs a Product Analyst, you will contribute to the delivery of value by working on features, components, or parts of a product. You will use data, user research, stakeholder engagement, and customer feedback to inform decisions, enhance user experiences, and support iterative product development.\nYou will also be expected to deliver high-quality outputs at pace, quickly build domain knowledge, and ensure insights and requirements translate into effective product solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nApply appropriate business analysis and requirements management techniques based on context and complexity.\nAnalyse user behaviour, customer feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities for product improvement.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, SMEs, and business stakeholders to define and deliver product features.\nCreate and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.\nSupport backlog refinement activities through evidence-based prioritisation and well-defined requirements.\nUse tools such as JIRA to manage requirements, stories, and delivery progress.\nEnsure product solutions align with user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.\nTranslate research findings and analysis into actionable recommendations that support incremental product improvements.\nAssist with user research activities including interviews, surveys, workshops, and usability testing.\nMonitor product performance metrics and identify areas for optimisation and continuous improvement.\nCommunicate findings, options, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPromote a user-centred approach throughout the product lifecycle while ensuring compliance with accessibility and data privacy standards.\nBuild strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions.\nConstructively challenge assumptions and contribute to innovative solutions that improve customer and business outcomes.\nEssential Skills & Experience\nExperience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Change Delivery within business and technology environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex challenges.\nExperience gathering, documenting, and managing business and user requirements.\nAbility to quickly develop domain knowledge and engage credibly with stakeholders.\nExperience working within Agile delivery environments, with exposure to hybrid or Waterfall approaches.\nComfortable operating in complex delivery settings involving both business and technology change.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar product management platforms.\nAbility to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams including Product, Design, Engineering, and Business functions.\nExperience using data and customer insights to support product decision-making.\nDesirable Skills\nExperience working within financial services, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries.\nExposure to business change, testing, service design, or business design activities.\nKnowledge of GDS-style product delivery approaches and user-centred design principles.\nExperience supporting digital transformation or customer experience improvement programmes.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Technology, or a related discipline.\nExperience using data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.\nUnderstanding of user research techniques and evidence-based product decision-making.\nDemonstrates curiosity, empathy, and a user-first mindset aligned with agile ways of working.\nAbility to coach and mentor teams.\nRelevant Business Analysis, Agile, Product
