The ideal candidate will be an accomplished project leader with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, strong project governance discipline, and the ability to manage complex technology, data, analytics, and healthcare initiatives involving distributed teams. Mastek leadership, technical teams, and other project participants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. Candidate must have relevant experience of 8+ Years. The resource may be located offshore in any geographic location, but must be able to consistently work 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Arizona time (MST/Arizona local time) to provide full-day overlap with project stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end project planning, execution, tracking, and delivery for data, analytics, and automation initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.\nServe as the primary point of coordination between stakeholders, Mastek leadership, offshore delivery teams, and technical resources.\nFacilitate daily and weekly project meetings, steering committee meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.\nEstablish strong project governance, including RAID logs, action items, decisions, dependencies, and escalation processes.\nClearly communicate project status, risks, issues, and required decisions to both technical and executive stakeholders.\nProactively identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.\nManage project scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.\nCoordinate across data engineering, analytics, cloud, application, QA, and business teams as required.\nEnsure project deliverables meet agreed requirements, quality standards, and acceptance criteria.\nTrack resource utilization and project financials as applicable.\nDrive accountability across distributed and offshore teams and ensure commitments are met.\nSupport requirements clarification, prioritization, change management, and release planning.\nEscalate issues appropriately and drive them through resolution.\nPrepare concise and executive-ready project status reports and presentations.\nApply Project Management (CX) and Change Management (Functional) practices to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions and processes.\nWork effectively within a fast-paced healthcare technology environment and manage ambiguity while maintaining delivery discipline.\nOther Capabilities\nStrong communicator and relationship builder, comfortable working directly with senior and executive stakeholders.\nHighly environment.\nAble to operate independently while keeping leadership continuously informed on progress, risks, and decisions.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities simultaneously.\nQualifications and Skills\n8+ years of project management experience, preferably managing complex technology, data, analytics, or healthcare projects.\nPMP certification is required.\nStrong understanding of Project Management (CX) and Change Management (Functional) principles and best practices.\nProven ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams.\nStrong experience managing distributed and offshore teams, particularly in DA&A (Data Automation & AI) environments.\nDemonstrated experience with project governance, including RAID management, status reporting, and issue resolution.\nExperience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.\nStrong skills in project planning, status reporting, RAID management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.\nAbility to independently drive projects and proactively identify and resolve problems.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project or equivalent project management tools.\nHealthcare or healthcare-data experience is strongly preferred.\nAbility to consistently work 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Arizona time (MST/Arizona local time) to provide full-day overlap with project stakeholders.\nPMP certified and disciplined in project governance and delivery
