The role is responsible for assessing current operating models, identifying process inefficiencies, risks, and control gaps, and providing evidence-based recommendations to improve service performance, compliance, user experience, and organisational effectiveness.\nWorking closely with senior stakeholders, the post holder will conduct process assessments, facilitate workshops, analyse business operations, and produce actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across the organisation.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess Assessment & Gap Analysis\nReview and assess existing end-to-end business processes, operating procedures, governance frameworks, and service delivery models.\nIdentify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplication of effort, control weaknesses, and operational risks.\nConduct maturity assessments and benchmark organisational processes against industry best practices.\nEvaluate process compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.\nStrategic Advisory\nProvide expert guidance to senior leaders on process optimisation opportunities and transformation initiatives.\nDevelop recommendations for process redesign, service improvement, automation, and organisational change.\nPresent findings and recommendations to programme boards, executive stakeholders, and governance forums.\nBusiness Process Improvement\nFacilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process review sessions.\nProduce current-state and future-state process maps.\nRecommend improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.\nIdentify opportunities for digital enablement, workflow automation, and service modernisation.\nGovernance & Assurance\nAssess operational controls and governance arrangements.\nIdentify process-related risks and recommend mitigation strategies.\nDevelop process standards,
