The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable data integration and data processing solutions using modern cloud data technologies, with a focus on data automation and analytics. SnapLogic and Snowflake are key skillsets for this position and are mandatory. Candidate must have relevant experience of 8 to 12 Years.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust data integration pipelines using SnapLogic.\nDevelop and optimize data solutions using Snowflake as the cloud data warehouse.\nBuild scalable and reliable ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from multiple source systems.\nDevelop data processing and automation solutions using Python.\nDesign and implement efficient data models, transformations, and data workflows in Snowflake.\nPerform Snowflake performance tuning, query optimization, and warehouse optimization.\nDevelop and maintain SnapLogic pipelines, integrations, mappings, transformations, and error-handling mechanisms.\nSchedule, monitor, and manage batch jobs and enterprise workflows using Control-M.\nTroubleshoot data pipeline failures, integration issues, and production incidents.\nImplement data quality, validation, logging, monitoring, and exception-handling mechanisms.\nCollaborate with architects, business analysts, application teams, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, deployment, and production support.\nEnsure data engineering solutions follow organizational standards for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.\nProvide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level data engineers.\nContribute to data engineering initiatives within Data Automation & AI and Data Engineering - Data Analytics - DataBricks (Technical) environments.\nWork effectively within Agile/Scrum development frameworks for data engineering and BI delivery.\nOther Capabilities\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to independently design and deliver data engineering solutions.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.\nStrong troubleshooting and production-support capabilities.\nAbility to mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers across DA&A initiatives.\nQualifications and Skills\n10-12 years of overall Data Engineering experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with SnapLogic for enterprise data integration and pipeline development.\nStrong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data warehousing, SQL, performance tuning, optimization, and data modeling.\nStrong programming experience in Python for data processing and automation.\nHands-on experience with Control-M for enterprise job scheduling, workflow orchestration, and monitoring.\nStrong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration patterns.\nStrong SQL development and query optimization skills.\nExperience working with relational and cloud-based data sources.\nUnderstanding of data warehouse architecture and dimensional/data modeling.\nExperience with data pipeline monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.\nKnowledge of cloud data engineering and modern data platform architecture is preferred.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nExperience with Data Engineering -
