Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects and digital solutions, ensuring successful execution within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead the end-to-end delivery of software development, digital transformation, and IT projects from initiation through deployment and handover.\nManage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, quality, risks, and dependencies.\nLead and coordinate cross-functional teams including software development, QA, DevOps, business analysis, and other technical functions.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, managing expectations, requirements, escalations, and delivery updates.\nManage Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and delivery governance.\nMonitor project progress and delivery performance through KPIs, SLAs, sprint velocity, burndown, defect rates, and milestone completion.\nIdentify and resolve project risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies in a timely manner.\nManage relationships with vendors, third-party providers, and technology partners.\nEnsure solutions meet business requirements, technical standards, quality expectations, and compliance requirements.\nManage project resources, team capacity, workload, and delivery priorities.\nMonitor project financial performance and ensure delivery remains within the approved budget.\nCoordinate project planning, status reporting, governance meetings, and executive-level updates.\nEnsure effective testing, quality assurance, deployment, and client handover.\nDrive continuous improvement through retrospectives, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.\n6-8+ years of experience in IT delivery, project management, software development management, or digital transformation.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in a Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, or similar leadership role.\nProven experience delivering large-scale enterprise software, web, mobile, or digital transformation projects.\nStrong experience in client-facing project delivery and stakeholder management.\nExperience managing external vendors, third-party providers, and technology partners.\nStrong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.\nGood understanding of SDLC, software development, cloud technologies, APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.\nExperience working with technologies such as .NET, Azure, OutSystems, Creatio, or similar enterprise technology platforms is preferred.\nExperience with delivery and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.\nStrong understanding of project financial management, resource planning, risk management, and delivery governance.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage delivery without direct hierarchical authority.\nPMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or similar certifications are preferred.\nPrevious experience in a technology consultancy, system integrator, or client-site delivery environment is preferred.\nSaudi/GCC market experience is
