The role focuses on sprint planning, performance monitoring, Agile coaching, and implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices to enhance team collaboration and delivery effectiveness.\nKey Responsibilities\nInitiate and own Scrum events for participating squads.\nLead the efforts of developing Scaled Agile management best practices.\nFacilitate daily Scrum meetings and regular ceremonies.\nPlan upcoming sprints for a given project, including helping the team reach a consensus on what can be achieved during the sprint.\nMonitor and report on sprints in progress.\nCommunicate closely with Delivery Managers for alignment and planning updates.\nCollect and analyze related metrics for trends and indicators, facilitate iteration and increment planning, and provide Agile coaching and mentoring at all levels within the organization.\nWork with the leadership team to strategically improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Agile processes.\nEstablish SAFe Agile principles and interface with other departments to ensure clear communication regarding ongoing and upcoming development activities.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nCertified Scrum Master certification is preferred.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.\nLeadership and management experience.\nKnowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and practices.\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to facilitate team collaboration, coach team members, and drive continuous improvement.\nStrong organizational and planning
