looking for a SharePoint, Developer Senior with strong development and administration experience to implement, customize, and support on-premises SharePoint solutions across SharePoint Server 2016, 2019, and Subscription Edition.\nKey Responsibilities\nImplement and maintain SharePoint portals, sites, and document management solutions.\nBuild professional content pages using SharePoint's out-of-the-box features, including web parts, lists, libraries, layouts, and navigation.\nDevelop custom workflows, forms, web parts, and integrations with business systems.\nAdminister SharePoint farms, permissions, service applications, search, and configurations.\nTroubleshoot development, deployment, workflow, and farm performance issues.\nSupport solution testing, deployment, updates, upgrades, migrations, backup, and recovery activities.\nGather business requirements, prepare technical documentation, and provide user support and knowledge transfer.\nApply secure development practices, source control, and code reviews.\nPrepare project progress and issue reports, incident and root-cause reports, and deployment and farm health reports as required.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.\nRelevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.\nMinimum 8 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years in SharePoint development and administration.\nHands-on experience with SharePoint Server 2016, 2019, and Subscription Edition, including on-premises implementation and support.\nStrong skills in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, SharePoint APIs, and version-compatible SPFx.\nExperience with native SharePoint capabilities, custom workflows, forms, web parts, and system integrations.\nSolid knowledge of farm administration and troubleshooting, including Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, Active Directory, and authentication.\nExperience with testing, deployments, upgrades, and migrations.\nStrong problem-solving, ownership, and attention to quality.\nEffective teamwork, clear communication, and customer-focused approach.\nGood time management and
