# Packer

POSITION SUMMARY The Packer is responsible for packing parts into cartons according to established specifications, production schedules, and quality requirements. This position ensures that parts are accurately identified, inspected, counted, and packaged using the appropriate materials and equipment to support efficient production flow and customer requirements. The Packer is expected to maintain quality standards, follow all safety procedures, communicate production or quality concerns to the Team Lead and/or Production Supervisor, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Essential duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Pack parts according to the production schedule using the designated part numbers, packing materials, paper, cartons, and other required supplies. Inspect parts for correct identification, description, quantity, damage, and overall condition before packaging. Remove parts from pre-hang racks and package them according to established specifications and requirements. Operate packing equipment as required, including strap machines, shrink-wrap machines, staple guns, rivet guns, and other applicable eq
