Automate, optimize and improve processes with Claude\nAbout you - skills & experience:\nSolid experience in end-to-end Tech recruitment (this is crucial!)\nHands-on experience in sourcing for Tech roles\nKnowledge of various tech roles and how they relate to stakeholder needs (BE, FE, Full Stack, PO)\nGreat at juggling multiple processes and adjusting priorities as project needs change\nProven experience advising hiring managers and shaping hiring decisions (e.g. adjusting role profiles, closing candidates faster, aligning expectations with the market)\nHands-on experience with an ATS (ideally Lever)\nExperience in onboarding new hires\nComfortable explaining the ins and outs of B2B and Mandate contracts to candidates\nExperience in vendor management, including recruitment agencies and job boards\nKnowledge of salary benchmarking in the IT market\nPeople data management with Google Workspace\nAbout you - soft skills:\nExcellent command of English (min.
