Job Description: The Quality Innovation Engineer leads the development and implementation of innovative quality engineering projects and technologies that improve product quality in the wood cabinetry manufacturing industry. The role manages the engineering project from concept and design through installation and validation. The position will then proliferate successful innovation across the MasterBrand enterprise, teaching the associated sites how to maintain and sustain. This role deploys innovative solutions as engineered best practices in new and existing manufacturing equipment and processes.
