Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\nJob Description:\nThe HR Associate provides day to day Human Resources support to employees and business partners at our Ferdinand, Indiana manufacturing location. This role serves as a key resource for employees, supports HR processes and documentation, assists with employee engagement activities, and helps deliver a positive and consistent employee experience. The HR Associate also provides Spanish language support to facilitate effective communication with our workforce.\nResponsibilities\nProvide administrative and functional support for Human Resources activities in a fast paced manufacturing environment.\nServe as a welcoming and responsive point of contact for employees, visitors, and business partners.\nRespond to employee questions and provide guidance on HR processes, policies, and resources.\nSupport employee engagement events, activities, and other initiatives that contribute to a positive employee experience.\nMaintain employee documentation, records, reports, and electronic files with accuracy and confidentiality.\nSupport Workday administration, reporting, and employee data maintenance.\nCoordinate employee badges and facility access.Assist HR leaders with employee relations activities, including documentation, policy interpretation, and corrective action processes.\nSupport compliance with company policies and applicable employment requirements.\nMaintain HR reports, logs, and metrics.\nProvide verbal and written Spanish language translation and interpretation support for workplace communications and employee interactions.\nSupport additional HR initiatives and projects as needed.\nQualifications\nTwo or more years of experience in Human Resources, HR administration, or a similar professional environment.\nProfessional proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees verbally and in writing.\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and frequent interruptions.\nAbility to establish positive working relationships with employees and leaders throughout the organization.\nDemonstrated professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality when handling employee and business information.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nHuman Resources experience in a manufacturing or similarly fast paced environment.\nExperience with Workday or another HRIS platform.\nAssociate degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nI removed the bullet formatting while keeping each responsibility and qualification on its own line so it remains easy to scan and paste into the posting.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
