Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\nJob Description:\nWe are currently looking to add Assemblers to our team!\nResponsibilities:\nStart and prepare the production line at the beginning of each shift \nControl and maintain proper line speed to support production goals while ensuring quality and safety standards are met \nAssemble products using staple guns, hot melt, and other production tools \nMonitor product flow and make adjustments to maintain efficiency and prevent line delays \nFollow Standard Operating Sheet (SOS) and quality standards during assembly \nInspect all tools to make sure they are in good working condition before start of shift and after each break. \nIdentify and report damaged materials, product defects, or equipment concerns \nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area \nCommunicate effectively with team members and leadership to support production flow \nFollow all company safety policies and procedures \nQualifications:\nStrong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity \nPrevious experience using staple guns and hot melt equipment preferred \nManufacturing or assembly line production experience preferred \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment \nStrong attention to detail and quality standards \nAbility to follow detailed work instructions \nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand for extended periods of time \nAbility to lift, push, or pull up to 50lbs. \nAbility to perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and grasping \nAbility to work in a production environment with noise and temperature variations \nEqual Employment Opportunity\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
