Job Description:
What You'll Do
- Load cabinets, panels, and accessories into trailers according to shipping schedules and stop numbers.
- Operate loading equipment, conveyors, and handheld scanners.
- Verify shipment accuracy through scanning and stop verification processes.
- Stack products according to established loading and safety guidelines.
- Process out-of-sequence (OOS) products and assist with shipment accuracy.
- Identify and report missing items, load discrepancies, or equipment issues.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.
- Work closely with team members, Team Leads, and Supervisors to meet shipping goals.
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow standard work instructions and shipping procedures.
- Basic computer and scanner skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Ability to safely lift and move cabinets and materials throughout the shift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to perform team lifts when required.
- Ability to work inside trailers and warehouse environments.
