Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\nJob Description:\nPosition Summary:\nThe Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of production associates to meet daily operational goals in safety, quality, and productivity. This role ensures efficient workflow, fosters continuous improvement, and maintains compliance with company policies and procedures. The supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams including maintenance, materials planning, and engineering to support cabinet and component production.\nDuties and Responsibilities: \nSupervise daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards. \nEnsure compliance with safety protocols, including PPE usage and plant-specific rules. \nLead and coach production associates, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork. \nMonitor and adjust production schedules in coordination with planning and materials teams. \nIdentify and resolve process bottlenecks and quality issues. \nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices. \nMaintain accurate documentation of production metrics and personnel performance. \nCollaborate with maintenance and engineering to minimize downtime and optimize equipment usage. \nEnforce company policies consistently and equitably. \nParticipate in hiring and training of new team members. \nOther duties as assigned. \nCharacteristics & Attributes\nLeadership & Accountability\nSupervise day-to-day operations and ensure alignment with production goals. \nAdminister company policies consistently and equitably. \nAccept challenges and take responsibility for outcomes. \nSafety-First Mindset\nSafety is non-negotiable at the Kinston facility.
