Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\nJob Description:\nMasterbrand is seeking an experienced leader to serve as a Maintenance Supervisor in Goshen, Indiana to coordinate the needs of the Maintenance department. This role will act as the primary contact point for the Maintenance Department for outside contacts.\nKey Responsibilities:\nScheduling and Planning Projects and PMsPM Coordination across 4 shifts\nPM updates and startup for new equipment\nProject Coordination with cross-functional teams\nManage multiple projects concurrently\nOpportunities for project interaction with senior MBCI leadership\n\nVendor & Contractor ManagementManaging daily contractor needs and scheduling\nManaging contractor quoting, purchase orders, and billing\n\nCMMS & Daily ManagementManaging the output of MBCI’s CMMS system and reporting\nManaging the KPI’s for the departments Daily Management\n\nInventory ControlManages direct reports in charge of Maintenance and spare parts crib\nManages direct reports in charge of MRO crib\n\nSafety ComplianceManages contractors in MBCI CMS\nSupports Maintenance Technicians\nPrimary Contact for Fire Notification Service\nSupport compliance with municipal and state regulatory agencies\n\nSchedule:\nDay shift role Monday-Friday\nRole encompasses responsibilities to flex coverage for off-shift and weekends as needed\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance department in a manufacturing role.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role\nStrong understanding of Microsoft Office and CMMS systems\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment\nStrong ability to plan and execute in a cross functional setting\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to work in various environments, including industrial settings.\nAbility to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that may require bending, kneeling or standing for extended periods.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
