Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\nJob Description:\nThe Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to ensure semi-custom and high-volume cabinets are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This role drives production performance through employee leadership, standard work, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role reports to the Manufacturing Manager.\nWe are hiring for two Production Supervisor roles:\n1st Shift: Mon-Thu, 6 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.\n\n3rd Shift: Sun-Wed, 7:30 p.m.- 6:30 a.m\n\n*These shift times are approximate and could start/end early. Occasional overtime, including Thurs for 3rd shift , and Fridays for 1st shift is required for this position.\nHiring Range: $56,100.00-77,000 annually, paid biweekly. Plus, 401K match and generous PTO and holidays!\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and supervise production teams in semi-custom and high-volume cabinet operations.\n\nAchieve daily output, efficiency, and on-time production goals.\n\nEnsure PPE, safety, quality, and production targets are met on assigned shift.\n\nPromote clean, safe work areas and actively identify and correct hazards.\n\nCreate, maintain, and audit Standard Work to support consistent, repeatable processes.\n\nBalance efficiency and customization requirements to meet customer demand.\n\nEnforce company policies, safety rules, and operational standards.\n\nLead continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and improve throughput.\n\nTrain, coach, and develop employees on equipment, processes, policies and quality expectations.\n\nMonitor key metrics including labor efficiency, downtime, overtime, and attendance.\n\nLeadership & Performance Skills\nHolds self and others accountable for results\n\nDrives production output while maintaining quality standards\n\nCommunicates clearly with production teams and support functions\n\nBuilds trust through integrity and consistency\n\nEngages and motivates employees in a high-volume environment\n\nDemonstrates resilience and adaptability when responding to changing priorities\n\nQualifications\nBS degree or AS degree in a technical or business-related field preferred\n\n2-3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred\n\nProficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook)\n\nStrong analytical, problem solving, delegation, and conflict resolution skills\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nCompensation Range:\n$56,100.00-88,110.00*Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
