Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\nJob Description:\nPosition Summary\nThe Quality Supervisoris responsible forleading the day-to-day activities of the Quality Department withinMasterBrand. This position ensures products and processes meet established quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory expectations while promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence. The Quality Supervisor leads quality auditors, partners closely with production and engineering teams, and drives corrective actions to reduce defects, improve customer satisfaction, and support plant performance goals.\nKnowledgeResponsibilities:\nSupervise and develop QualityAuditorsandother assigned quality personnel.\n\nProvide dailydirections, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.\n\nEnsure consistent execution of inspection standards and quality procedures across all manufacturing areas.\n\nPromote accountability and ownership for quality throughout the facility.\n\nSupport succession planning and employee development within the quality function.\n\nEnsure products meet company specifications, customer requirements, and industry standards.\n\nLead incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.\n\nMaintain compliance with quality management systems, audit requirements, and documented procedures.\n\nSupport internal, external, customer, and certification audits.\n\nEnsureappropriate controlof non-conforming materials and products.\n\nLead investigations into quality concerns, customer complaints, and manufacturing defects.\n\nFacilitate root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methods.\n\nImplement andmonitorcorrective and preventive actions.\n\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing scrap, rework, warranty claims, and defects.\n\nUtilize quality data and performance metrics toidentifyimprovement opportunities.\n\nPartner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, and Customer Care teams to resolve quality issues.\n\nSupport new product launches, process changes, and manufacturing improvements.\n\nParticipate in daily management activities and plant tier meetings.\n\nCommunicate quality performance, trends, and improvement initiatives to leadership teams.\n\nPromote andmaintaina safe working environment.\n\nEnsure associates follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.\n\nImmediately address unsafe conditions and behaviors.\n\nMonitor and report key quality performance indicators.\n\nMaintainaccuratequality documentation and records.\n\nPresent quality performance updates to plant leadership.\n\nSchedule:\nDay Shift Monday- Thursday\n\nAdditionalovertime is required.\n\nQualifications\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Quality, Manufacturing, ora relatedfield.\n\nMinimum 3 years of manufacturing quality experience.\n\nMinimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.\n\nExperience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nProficiencywith Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.\n\nAbility to interpret specifications, drawings, procedures, and quality standards.\n\nCabinet, furniture, wood products, or discrete manufacturing experience.\n\nExperience with Lean Manufacturingor Continuous Improvement methodologies.\n\nExperience supporting customer audits and regulatory compliancerequirements\n\nLeadership Competencies:\nBuildseffective teams anddevelopstalent.\n\nDemonstrates accountability and sound decision-making.\n\nDrivesresults through people and processes.\n\nLeads change and continuous improvement efforts.\n\nCommunicate effectively with employees at all levels.\n\nMaintains a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.\n\nUse data to make informed business decisions.\n\nEffectively manages conflict and promotes collaboration.\n\nCompensation Range:\n$61,700.00-96,910.00*Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
