Job Description:
This job opportunity is currently for 1st shift
(Mon-Thurs 5:30am - 4:00pm with Friday overtime as necessary)
What You'll Do
- Assemble cabinet components, doors, drawers, frames, and hardware according to specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality standards.
- Inspect materials and completed products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet productivity expectations while ensuring craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety hazards to supervision.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and team goals.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing, assembly, woodworking, or cabinet experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and moving equipment.
