Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\nJob Description:\nThe MB Cycle Count Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy within the warehouse and manufacturing operation. The role focuses on cycle counting, inventory audits, discrepancy investigation, reconciliation, and inventory control.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor and control inventory integrity.\nPerform physical inventories, cycle counts, receipt audits, and reconciliations.\nResearch inventory discrepancies and reconcile count variances.\nMaintain product identification and location systems.\nTrack and report non-conforming or damaged material Resolve inventory issues in a timely manner.\nOperate a forklift/reach truck as part of daily duties.\nUse warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office to maintain inventory records.\nQualifications\nWarehouse experience within the last five years preferred.\nRecent inventory control or cycle counting experience preferred.\nForklift/reach truck certification or previous operating experience.\nComputer literacy and experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to drive a forklift daily and pass certification testing.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining inventory accuracy.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
