Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand.\nJob Description:\nDescription of Duties:\nConduct job hazard analyses (JHAs), ergonomic assessments, compliance audits, inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.\nParticipate in incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective and preventive action programs through closure.\nSupport injury prevention initiatives and help foster a strong safety culture focused on achieving zero injuries.\nAssist with the development, implementation, and annual review of the Facility Safety and Environmental Plan.\nTrack, analyze, and communicate safety performance metrics using company reporting and database systems.\nPerform PSSR and MOC assessments.\nMaintain required EHS training records and compliance documentation.\nMaintain a visible presence on the production floor by identifying hazards and ensuring timely correction.\nDevelop and deliver safety training programs and new employee orientation.\nSupport safety committees, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCoordinate contractor approval, onboarding, and oversight.\nRespond to workplace injuries, spills, and emergencies and support emergency drills.\nCoordinate with emergency response agencies.\nSupport Tier II, SWPPP, SPCC, and other monthly environmental compliance activities.\nMaintain audit readiness and document retention.\nManage safety vendors, supplies, and procurement activities.\nLead and support EHS improvement projects.\nSkills, Knowledge and Abilities:\nAbility to communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish preferred.\nStrong organizational and multitasking skills.\nCommitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and professionalism.\nStrong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nWorking knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.\nAbility to implement company policies and EHS programs.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nOSHA 511, OSHA 30, or equivalent certification.\nCPR and First Aid certification.\nOccupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Risk Management experience/coursework.\nPhysical Requirements:\nStand and walk up to 10 hours per shift.\nPush, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.\nWork in climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled environments.\nCompensation Range:\n$23.25-28.19*Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
