We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead manufacturing process improvements, drive operational excellence, and support the deployment of the MasterBrand Business System (MBS). This role will have a significant impact on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance while helping develop a culture of continuous improvement.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead end to end process improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives that improve operational performance aligned to business objectives.\nFacilitate problem-solving activities using Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and MBS tools.\nOptimize manufacturing processes, layouts, labor utilization, and material flow.\nSupport Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, Standard Work, TPM, and Continuous Improvement activities.\nLead change management and cross-functional projects focused on productivity, quality, capacity, and cost reduction.\nAnalyze manufacturing and operational KPIs to identify opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.\nSupport capital projects, automation initiatives, and process validation activities.\nCoach leaders and associates on operational excellence and continuous improvement practices.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related field).\n7+ years of manufacturing, process engineering, or operational excellence experience.\nStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.\nProven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable business results.\nExcellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.\nExperience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nLean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification.\nExperience with Value Stream Mapping, TPM, Daily Management, and Standard Work.\nProject Management certification.\nBilingual English/Spanish is a plus.\nSuccess in This Role\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nMasterBrand Cabinets LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
